Iron Theory – 4-Level Back Stretcher

1. Our Commitment

We are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. This policy is designed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA") of South Africa.

2. Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of personal wellness and fitness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Products that have been used, assembled, altered, damaged, or are not in their original condition
- Products returned without original packaging and accessories

Any return approved at our discretion for a non-defective product may be subject to a reasonable handling, restocking, and courier fee.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that:

- Is defective
- Is damaged during delivery
- Is materially different from what was ordered

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

- Order number
- Clear photographs or videos showing the issue
- A description of the defect or damage

We reserve the right to inspect, test, and verify any claimed defect before approving a refund, repair, or replacement.

4. Consumer Protection Act Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Under Section 56 of the CPA, consumers have a right to return defective or unsafe goods within six (6) months of delivery. If the product is found to be defective under normal and intended use, the customer may choose one of the following remedies:

- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund

as provided for under the CPA.

5. Situations Not Covered

Returns, refunds, repairs, or replacements will not be provided where the issue arises from:

- Misuse or abuse of the product
- Failure to follow instructions or warnings
- Excessive force or improper use
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Commercial use of a product intended for personal use
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage after delivery
- Use by persons exceeding the recommended weight limit
- Use contrary to medical advice

If inspection reveals any of the above, the return may be rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.

6. Hygiene and Safety

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, products that have been extensively used, soiled, contaminated, or exposed to bodily fluids may not qualify for discretionary returns unless the product is defective as defined by the CPA.

7. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, customers must contact:

The customer must provide:

- Full name
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Description of issue
- Photographic evidence where applicable

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

8. Inspection of Returned Products

All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.

If a product is found to:

- Be functioning correctly
- Show no manufacturing defect
- Have been damaged through misuse

we may decline the return and return the product to the customer.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law or where the error was caused by us.

10. Replacement Products

Where a replacement is approved:

- The replacement product must be substantially the same as the original product purchased.
- If the original product is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent replacement or a refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

The 4-Level Back Stretcher is intended as a wellness and stretching aid only.

It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Customers should consult a healthcare professional before use if they:

- Are pregnant
- Have spinal injuries
- Have undergone recent surgery
- Have chronic back conditions
- Experience severe pain during use

We shall not be liable for injuries resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or use contrary to medical advice.
