1. Shipping Information

We currently ship throughout South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 8–12 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

4. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure all orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.

Iron Theory shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by:

- Aramex Store-to-Door or any third-party courier service
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High shipping volumes
- Service interruptions
- Remote delivery locations
- Customs or regulatory delays
- Events beyond our reasonable control

Delivery dates are estimates only and should not be regarded as guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Iron Theory will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and product.

If a parcel is reported lost, Iron Theory will assist in opening an investigation with the courier. Any resolution will be subject to the courier's investigation findings.

7. Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided.
